**Ingredients (For 4-5 servings):**
* Chicken: 1 kg (Karahi cut preferred)
* Tomatoes: 4-5 medium, finely chopped (ya phir paste bana lo, asli desi style mein chopped is best!)
* Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
* Green Chillies: 4-5, slit lengthwise (adjust to your spice level, yaar!)
* Yogurt: 1/2 cup, whisked
* Oil: 1/2 cup (ya ghee, if you’re feeling fancy!)
* Salt: To taste
* Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
* Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
* Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
* Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
* Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 tsp
* Fresh Ginger: Julienne cut, for garnish
* Fresh Coriander: Chopped, for garnish

**Method (It’s simpler than you think!):
**
1. **Heat it up!** Karahi (ya deep pan) mein oil garam karo. Chicken daal ke 5-7 minutes fry karo jab tak uska rang golden brown na ho jaaye. Ab chicken ko nikaal lo. (Secret tip: Isse chicken tender rehta hai!)
2. **Flavor Base!** Usi oil mein ginger-garlic paste daal ke 1 minute bhuno jab tak khushboo na aa jaaye. Ab chopped tomatoes add karo aur tab tak pakaao jab tak woh soft na ho jaayen aur oil alag na hone lage. (Yeh step hai asli karahi ka base!)
