* Pisa Dhaniya (Coriander Powder): 1 tablespoon
* Pisi Lal Mirch (Red Chili Powder): 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
* Haldi (Turmeric Powder): 1/2 teaspoon
* Namak (Salt): To taste
* Fresh Cream: 1/4 cup (ya zyada, agar bohat creamy pasand hai!)
* Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves): 1 teaspoon
* Hara Dhaniya (Fresh Coriander, chopped): For garnish
* Adrak (Ginger, julienned): For garnish
* Oil: 1/2 cup

**Ab Aagayi Bari Kamal Dikhane Ki! 🇵🇰 – Method:**
1. **Bhunai Ka Safar:** Aik handi (ya koi bhi deep pan) mein oil garam karein. Jab garam hojaye, sabut garam masala daal ke khushboo anay tak bhunain. Ab isme pyaz daal ke golden brown honay tak fry karein. Yaad rahe, zyada dark na ho!
2. **Masalon Ka Magic:** Jab pyaz sunhari hojaye, adrak lehsun paste daal kar aik minute tak bhunain. Phir chicken ke tukre daal dein aur chicken ka rang badal jane tak fry karein.
3. **Tamatar Aur Masale:** Ab isme tamatar puree, pisa dhaniya, pisi lal mirch, haldi aur namak shamil karein. Achi tarah mix karein aur dhak kar halki aanch par pakne dein, jab tak tamatar ka pani khushk na hojaye aur oil alag na hojae (approx. 7-10 minutes). Is stage pe achi ‘bhunai’ bohot zaroori hai!
4. **Dahi Ka Twist:** Jab masala achi tarah bhun jaye aur oil nazar anay lage, to phainta hua dahi shamil karein. Tez aanch par musalsal chamach hilate hue pakain taa ke dahi phate nahi. Jab dahi ka pani khushk hojaye aur masala phir se bhun jaye, to hari mirchein shamil kar dein.
5. **Creamy Finish:** Ab aakhir mein fresh cream aur kasuri methi daal kar mix karein. Bohat halki aanch par 2-3 minute ke liye dam par rakh dein taa ke saare flavors mil jayein. Agar aapko thodi gravy chahiye, to thoda sa pani ya chicken stock shamil kar sakte hain.
6. **Garnish & Serve!** Chulha band karein. Hara dhaniya aur julienned adrak se garnish karein. Aur bus! Aapki garma garam, lazeez ‘Restaurant Style Chicken Handi’ tayyar hai! 🥳
