* Hari Mirch (chopped) – 3-4 adad (apne taste ke mutabiq) 🌶️
* Dahi (whisked) – ½ cup 🥛
* Oil – ½ cup
* Namak – Hasb-e-Zaiqa (apni pasand ka)
* Pisi Lal Mirch – 1 tsp (ya ziada, if you like it spicy!)
* Dhaniya Powder – 1 tsp
* Zeera Powder – 1 tsp
* Garam Masala Powder – ½ tsp
* Hari Dhaniya (chopped, for garnish) – 🌿
* Adrak (julienned, for garnish) –
**Chalo, Shuru Karte Hain! (The Magic Steps!)**
1. **Karahi Garam Karo!** Ek bari karahi mein oil garam karein. Jab garam ho jaye, chicken daal dein aur halki aanch par fry karein jab tak uska rang golden brown na ho jaye. Is se chicken ka taste aur bhi mazedar ho jata hai. 😋
2. **Masalon Ka Dhamaka!** Ab adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch daal kar 2-3 minute bhoonein. Khushboo ana shuru ho jaye gi! 😍 Phir namak, lal mirch, dhaniya powder aur zeera powder daal kar achi tarah mix karein aur 1 minute mazeed bhoonein.
