Assalam-o-Alaikum, top5pk family! 👋 Yaar, ye garmi aur Ramadan ka combination na, pakka test hai hamare patience aur body ka. Din bhar roza, upar se garmi ki shiddat – paseene chut jaate hain, aur pyaas ka toh haal mat poochho! 🫠

**1. Paani, Paani, Aur Sirf Paani! 💧**
Sabse pehle aur sabse zaroori cheez: Hydration! Iftar se Sehri tak, jitna ho sake paani piyo. Soda drinks aur bohat meethay sharbat se parhez karo, woh ulta aapko aur pyaasa karte hain. Nimbu paani, lassi (namkeen wali), aur fresh juices (chini kam) best hain. Yaad rakho, dehydration aapko bilkul sust kar degi!

**2. Sehri Ki Ahmiyat Mat Bhoolna! 🍳**
Bohat se log garmi mein sehri skip kar dete hain ya sirf chai pee lete hain. Big mistake! Sehri aapka din bhar ka fuel hai. Aisi cheezein khao jo slow release energy dein:
* **Complex Carbs:** Oats, brown roti, daal.
* **Protein:** Anda, dahi, chicken.
* **Fruits & Veggies:** Tarbooz (watermelon!), kheera (cucumber), kela (banana). Yeh aapko hydrate bhi rakhenge aur energy bhi denge. Oily aur spicy cheezon se bachna!

**3. Iftari Mein Sabar Aur Samajhdari! 🥙**
Poora din bhookh rehti hai, toh iftari mein dil karta hai sab kuch kha jaao! Lekin, yeh ghalti mat karna. Pehle dates aur paani se roza kholo. Phir halki phulki cheezein lo:
* **Fruits:** Fruit chaat without too much sugar.
* **Salads:** Fresh veggies.
* **Less Oily:** Dahi bhallay (light wale!), chana chaat.
Pakoray, samosay aur fried items thode kam karna, yaar. Woh aapke digestive system par bojh dalte hain aur phir neend aati hai! Thoda sa khao, aur phir thode gap ke baad proper dinner karo.

Garmi aur Ramadan mein neend ka cycle bigad jata hai. Koshish karo din mein power naps lo aur raat ko iftar aur taraweeh ke baad enough sleep mil jaaye. Achi neend aapko din bhar ki thakaan se bachayegi.
