* Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp (fresh ho toh best!)
* Yogurt: 1 cup (whisked)
* Green Chillies: 4-5 (ya jitna teekha pasand ho!)
* Biryani Masala: 1 packet (any good brand, ya homemade if you’re a pro!)
* Whole Spices: Cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaves (thoda thoda)
* Fresh Coriander & Mint: A generous bunch (chopped)
* Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp
* Oil: As needed

1. **Chawal Ka Kamaal:** First things first, soak your rice for at least 30 minutes. Phir ek large pot mein paani garam karein, thoda namak aur whole spices daal ke chawal ko 70-80% boil kar lein. Strain them carefully. β
2. **Masala Magic:** Ek bade degche (ya pot) mein oil garam karein, sliced onions ko golden brown hone tak fry karein. Half of them nikal ke side pe rakh lein for garnish. π§
