**1. Paani, Paani Aur Sirf Paani! ๐ง**
Yeh hai Number 1 tip, yaaro! Iftar se Suhoor tak, paani ko apna best friend bana lo. Minimum 8-12 glasses ka target rakho. Soft drinks, fizzy drinks aur processed juices se parhez karo. Unmein sirf sugar hoti hai jo aapko mazeed pyaasa karegi. Nimbu pani, homemade sharbat, lassi, aur coconut water peeney ki koshish karo. **3. Neend Bhi Zaroori Hai Boss! ๐ด**
Ramadan mein schedule bigad jata hai. Magar koshish karo ke 6-8 ghante ki quality neend lo. Zohar ke baad thora sa power nap le lo. Is se aapki body recharge ho jaegi aur garmi ka asar bhi kam hoga. Tiredness aur irritability se bacha ja sakta hai.
**4. Dhเฅเคช Se Bacho! โ๏ธ**
Yeh toh obvious hai na? Garmi mein din ke waqt 11 AM se 4 PM tak bahar nikalne se parhez karo. Agar zaroori ho toh light-coloured, loose kapde pehno aur sir dhak lo. Sunscreen bhi use kar sakte ho. Ghar mein AC ya cooler mein raho, ya phir shady jagahon pe jao.

**5. Halki Phulki Activity Karen ๐ช**
Rozay mein gym jaana mushkil hai. Magar Iftar ke baad thori si halki phulki walk kar sakte ho. Is se aapka blood circulation behtar hoga aur digestion bhi accha rahega. Ziyada zor waali exercises se bacho, kyunki dehydration ka khatra hota hai.
